All pricing is dependent of stitch count, quantity of items, and design complexity.
We can embroidery up to 11" tall and 12" wide.
There is a design fee for all new embroidery files.
**Names, numbers, and smaller text set ups are exempt from this.
Normal turnaround time is 7-12 business days.
This is dependent on the number of jobs in house, how many items you order, and the complexity of your design.
We do offer rush services. Just make sure to mention your deadline upon order approval.
We do accept items and embroidery design files provided by the customer, but we cannot guarantee the quality of the stitch out.
